
According to the Association of Equipment Manufacturer’s monthly “Flash Report,” the sale of all tractors in Canada during January were up 39% compared to the same month last year.
For the first month in 2021, a total of 1,695 tractors were sold which compares to 1,219 sold thru January 2020 representing an 39% increase for the year.
In January, two-wheel drive smaller tractors (under 40 HP) were up 33% from last year, while 40 & under 100 HP were up 57%. Sales of 2-wheel drive 100+ HP were up 27%, while 4-wheel drive tractors were up 118%.

Combine sales were up 52% for the month. Sales of combines for one months totaled 70, an increase of 52% over the same period in 2020.
