West side of the grain bin in AGCO lot #1002
GSI will feature its new GrainVue grain management system at the 2022 Farm Progress Show, Aug. 30 through Sept. 1 in Boone, Iowa, with an actual GrainVue system on site.
Using the latest digital cable technology, GrainVue provides accurate 24/7 temperature and moisture monitoring to protect the quality and value of stored grain. Alerts are sent out and fans are automatically activated to help prevent out-of-condition issues. Farmers can have peace of mind knowing that their grain is in ideal condition and can also use the system to keep track of their grain inventory.
The on-site GrainVue unit will be a grain bin gazebo showing cables hanging from the bin roof, installed as they would be on an actual grain bin in the field, plus the components mounted to the top and side of the bin.
A large screen and iPads will also be available, enabling show visitors and media to navigate the GrainVue portal and experience:
- How to automate fans.
- The type of alerts and settings to activate an alert.
- Insights/data collected to help growers better manage stored grain.
Media are invited to visit GSI’s exhibit to experience GrainVue and conduct interviews about the technology with Greg Trame, Director of Technology Sales for GSI. The onsite media contact at the show will be Greg Ehm, AGCO’s North America Marketing Communications Manager, Grain and Protein.
For additional pre-show information or to schedule a specific interview time and demo with Greg Trame, please contact Randy.Myers@obpagency.com or Greg Ehm at 217-820-2391 during the show.
