Kinze Manufacturing is expanding and enhancing its grain cart lineup for the 2022 harvest season, as well as giving its entire grain cart lineup a sleek, new look. A brand-new model will be on display at this year’s Farm Progress Show, taking place Aug. 31 to Sept. 2 in Decatur, Illinois.
The timing of the announcement and some elements of the new look are a throwback to Kinze’s early years. This year marks the 50th anniversary of Kinze’s first grain cart, invented by company founder Jon Kinzenbaw in 1971.
His 400 Grain Cart was the first major innovation of the then startup company. It allowed farmers to transfer huge volumes of grain from their loaded combines to standing trucks, which was a major time-saver during the harvest rush.
Media are invited to visit Kinze Exhibit #904, at the intersection of Ninth Progress Street and East Progress Avenue, for interview and photo opportunities throughout the Farm Progress Show. To schedule a specific interview time, contact Randy Myers as shown above.
